1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@cmname.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modification
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Personalized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@cmname.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once it is delivered.
